BOMAG compaction equipment can be used for soil, roads and construction of reservoir, as well as landfill of various scales, asphalt road repair and road stabilizing. In order to improve operation of road compactors, the Company developed several top-notch intelligent measuring and management systems to control the process and result for optimal compaction of target material, providing effective protection for all types of road surface.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HL sales in the assigned region in order to achieve FY goals
  • Manage, support and visit the dealer network in the assigned region
  • Identify business opportunities in the assigned region, then create and execute action plan to approach the opportunities
  • Ensure the promotion of BOMAG products and the BOMAG standars of operation within the assigned region
  • Report all relevant market information such as budget, sales, activities, issues, opportunities, lost sales etc in BOMAG systems 
  • Support dealers and BOMAG product specialist or application engineers by holding seminars, product demos and other actions in the region

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • More than 7 years of experience with machine manufacturers or machine dealers
  • Ideally additional experience in road construction companies 
  • Strong sales skills including customer relationship management, social selling, resilience, sales planning, and time management
  • Self-motivated problem solver with a focus on effective communication and relationship building
  • Proficiency in Spanish and ability to communicate in English language effectively
  • Willingness for intense travel activity
