Application Specialist LATAM (m/f/d)

BOMAG compaction equipment can be used for soil, roads and construction of reservoir, as well as landfill of various scales, asphalt road repair and road stabilizing. In order to improve operation of road compactors, the Company developed several top-notch intelligent measuring and management systems to control the process and result for optimal compaction of target material, providing effective protection for all types of road surface.

• Present possible applications and functions of products and services
• Demonstrate product safety and performance
• Attend dedicated seminars and support with application knowledge
• Determine customer requirements by means of technical advice and demonstrate economic potential and customer benefits
• Advise users on the performance and optimal use of the machines 
• Conduct training courses (e.g. for dealers, educational institutions, etc.) on product technology, product safety, function and handling as well as possible applications and uses; if necessary, help to design demonstration areas
• Supporting and advising operator             
   

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technology or similar education
• At least 2-3 years of experience with construction or machinery
• Spanish and ability to communicate in English language effectively
• Willingness for intense travel activity within LATAM up to 80% required
• Ability to resolve complex problems and work within a team
• Ability to independently plan work schedule, task, perform self-quality checks and follow procedures
