BOMAG compaction equipment can be used for soil, roads and construction of reservoir, as well as landfill of various scales, asphalt road repair and road stabilizing. In order to improve operation of road compactors, the Company developed several top-notch intelligent measuring and management systems to control the process and result for optimal compaction of target material, providing effective protection for all types of road surface.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Main mission :Drive the deployment Bomag Brand in Brazil, generating Turnover, Gross Profit, Market Share and managing Dealer network in the country.

Market and Dealer Management:

  • Have a strong knowledge of the road industry and construction industry in Brazil.
  • Identify, evaluate, and appoint dealers in Brazil in coordination with the Bomag Sales Management.
  • Set up development plans with the dealers and monitor it. Support dealers, ensuring goal achievement and promotion of the brand in the given area.
  • Develop sales strategies and plans to develop multiple product lines in the market.
  • Initiate Bomag presence in the local Brazilian ABIMAQ association and represent the brand.
  • Ensure presence in the key fairs in the country.

Coordination with Headquarter and the LATAM team:

  • Support deals and facilitate “how to do business” with Bomag
  • Report all relevant market information.
  • Do a sales plan for the country and revise its monthly.
  • Prepare Monthly reports as per company format.
  • Responsible for reaching the growth targets: volume, gross profit, market shares in Brazil.
  • Be part of the LATAM team.

Promote products and services:

  • Introduce new products and technology.
  • Organize and hold seminars, product demo and other actions.
  • Ensure dealer training and coordination with the Field Inspector in the country.


  • Ideally Mechanical or Civil Engineer
  • Alternatively Business school or University, passionate about technology 
  • Construction machinery sector background with specific knowledge about asphalt related equipment
  • Ready to meet challenges.
  • Analytic and synthesic spirit, autonomy, curiosity, organization, and rigor.
  • Fluent Brazilian Portuguese and English is mandatory. Spanish and/or German language would be a plus
