BOMAG compaction equipment can be used for soil, roads and construction of reservoir, as well as landfill of various scales, asphalt road repair and road stabilizing. In order to improve operation of road compactors, the Company developed several top-notch intelligent measuring and management systems to control the process and result for optimal compaction of target material, providing effective protection for all types of road surface.

Hier bringen Sie was ins Rollen:

  • Drive heavy-equipment sales growth in the assigned region and ensure achievement of annual sales objectives
  • Manage and strengthen the dealer network through regular engagement, support, and on-site visits
  • Proactively identify market opportunities and execute strategic action plans to maximize business potential
  • Promote BOMAG products and ensure compliance with corporate operational standards across the territory
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of market developments, sales activities, business opportunities, competitive insights, and sales performance through BOMAG systems
  • Collaborate with dealers, product specialists, and application engineers to deliver product presentations, demonstrations, training programs, and customer events

Damit alles glatt geht:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction machinery, construction equipment, or related industries, gained with manufacturers, dealers, or road construction companies
  • Strong customer relationship management and sales development skills, including the effective use of social selling techniques
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management capabilities
  • Demonstrated resilience, initiative, motivation, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic business environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally, with no travel-related restrictions
